Separation and divorce

While separation and divorce are never easy, sometimes this is the only solution for couples that have been unable to work through their differences. 

As difficult a time as it is for both parties, it is important to be able to come to an agreement on matters relating to children, property, and finances so that a fair and equitable outcome can be achieved.
